In pursuant to Order dated 09.04.2026 of Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, a Fresh Public Announcement has been issued in the CIRP of Dwarkadhis Projects Private Limited (initiated by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal on 06.03.2024).
You are requested to submit claims by 27.04.2026 at cirp.ddppl@gmail.com.
Creditors who have already submitted claims in March 2024 need not resubmit.
Interest, if any, shall be considered only up to 06.03.2024 (ICD).
